Hi!

I’m Alfio, an Italian living in Belgium, and coffee has been part of my story since 1984, when I first dreamed of opening a coffee bar. I’ve lived many lives along the way—mechanic, sailor, explorer—but coffee never let go.

From Estonia to cafés around the world, I’ve been roasting organic, single-origin beans since 2005, mastering every step of the craft like an old-school alchemist.

This isn’t just coffee.

It’s a journey—roasted, refined, and made to be remembered.
